You're invited to our Annual Public Lecture exploring one of life’s hardest questions on August 29. Join us for an engaging talk by speaker and apologist Dan Paterson, followed by an open Q&A where no question is off-limits
We all experience suffering, pain, injustice, and grief. We see it night by night on the news — but where is God in it all? You're invited to our Annual Public Lecture exploring one of life’s hardest questions at St John's Wishart.
Join us for an engaging talk by speaker and apologist Dan Paterson, followed by an open Q&A where no question is off-limits. Come wrestle honestly with the big questions of life, faith, and meaning — and stay afterwards for light refreshments and conversation.
August 29th 7.30PM - 8.45PM at 10 Greenwood St, Wishart.
During this Public Lecture, Dan Paterson will present what the Bible has to say about suffering in the world. This is a question that all of humanity has been asking for all time! Dan will speak for about 45 minutes about this topic.
Following the talk, there will be an opportunity for extended Q&A where you can ask any question about the topic. This will be anonymous through our text-line or you can put your hand up and ask publicly.
After this we'll have some time of light refreshments and hot chocolates to continue conversation over.
We have plenty of parking on site at 10 Greenwood St, Wishart.
